Jeff RossSometimes a fan’s base is called a “stand”. If this fanbase was named accordingly, we’d probably be a grandstand. (It can mean a stand that’s grand, and it can also refer to a place where a group of fans can sit when they go to an event.) I’m guessing there’s some fanbase somewhere that calls themselves “The Grandstand” because the pun is just too good for no one to use it. “F.A.C.E.s”, “A.C.E.s”, and “Auxiclan” are much more personalized for this particular podcast’s fanbase.

Jeff RossEven though I don’t think the imaginary Zombie Apocalypse is anything to be feared, I do think that we should all go to Sam’s Club and decide what we’re going to claim in the event of an emergency… preferably on a day they have free samples. (Are they called free Sam’sples? That sounds like a pun a marketing department would consider.)
