Since Skype won’t save things forever, here is a classic poem that Bekah wrote on 3/14/18 exclusively for the F.A.C.E. Skype chat. Today she requested its recollection and permanent retention, which Franklin complied with by recording it in his F.A.C.E. writings database. I have placed it here as well for backup:
Ahem….
Sleep and dreams of things we love
But let us remember we are loved from Above
And God will watch over us and stay by our side
If only we obey Him and by His laws abide,
Now I must say goodnight as I start counting sheep
And I will hopefully fall fast asleep
When you are lonely and cannot sleep,
just count your blessings instead of sheep
And you’ll fall asleep, counting your blessings!
Bekah immediately followed up the poem with the disclaimer: “Also I realize that God loves us even when we don’t obey perfectly”
The specific immediate reactions were:
Awkward Potato: “Nice poem” (and then she applauded)
Brooke AC: “Aww, I love that, Bekah”
Bekah: “Thanks I literally just came up with it”
SuperChris01: “On the fly poet”
Jeff Ross: “It reminded me of the White Christmas “Count your Blessings” song.”
Masøn M.: [gif of enthusiastic applause for Bekah]
Bekah: “I know I based the last part of it and the poem was inspired by that song because I love that movie so much I watched it in July once and I watch it all year round and that song is the best”
This poem was originally posted at 10:26pm Bekah’s time on that Wednesday evening, when the F.A.C.E.s were in the process of saying their farewells for the night.

If you listen to the first 50:45 of this podcast, you’ll find out what makes the F.A.C.E. community so exceptional and why Shay would be an excellent addition to the Auxiclan, if she is willing to participate in this fandom. #PleaseStayShay
(The rest of the podcast goes into specific opinions on certain series that Shay is a fan of, which may or may not appeal to you, but the first 50:45 can be understood by any F.A.C.E.)

Audit complete, results favorable. Proceedings initiated to integrate Shay into the fandom. #PleaseStayShay
This thread may return to answering Shay’s questions.
“We don’t know”…I have my identification station. Hopefully you’ll stick around long enough to know undoubtedly that I am who I claim to be. Hopefully you’ll stick around long enough so that we know undoubtedly that you are who you claim to be as well. 🙂
If you visit the “Heyo I’m Super Chris” thread, you can personally introduce yourself to the F.A.C.E.s (and read about them by perusing the thread).
I’ll be conducting my own audit into your verification station utilizing the resources available to me in my office of the H.O.W.D.A.R.E.Y.O.U., for expedited integration or expulsion from the community. You’ve shown enough promise so far to warrant expediency. I already listened to Episode 028 of the Aux Cable today, thanks to a tip that your question was featured in it. The audit is off to a stellar start.

I am curious, though: who administered the verification station that your username alludes to?

I am curious, Joshua, what you would suggest for the term that an author ought to use for supernatural forces in a fictional setting if not the term “magic”. It seems to me that the term means different things to different authors.
The reason I bring this up is that I really enjoyed reading the tales of C.S. Lewis when I was younger. The term “magic” present in them seemed like the name used for powers that acted in the fictional universe, whether the specific power was Godly, devilish, or impartial, and was not actually advocating for the use of spells, witchcraft, or the dark arts in the real world whatsoever. (At least, that’s how I perceived it when I read the stories. I had been explained in school that C.S. Lewis was writing from a Christian perspective, and I carried that thought in the back of my mind the entire time that I was reading the stories.)
Squalid: Basically, it’s “dirty, gross, and disgusting”, but it has a repulsiveness about it that can be applied to someone who does not show proper moral behavior in a circumstance. Sometimes when referring to things, it implies that the sordid condition is due to poverty.
Here is a trailer I made:
3:37-4:01 of the #askPacko 1 video is one of my favorite portions of a YouTube video ever.
The full comment did have this explanation at the bottom of it:

That’s where the words with a romantic double-meaning came from, and where the propane reference was from as well.
I realize that I made a blunder with my suspicion: “Coparcenary” is not the same as “Polyonymous”. “Coparcenary” is multiple people with the same title, whereas “Polyonymous” is one person with multiple titles.
This brings me to my recently discovered word: Solecism. This noun means:
1 : an ungrammatical combination of words in a sentence; also : a minor blunder in speech
2 : something deviating from the proper, normal, or accepted order
3 : a breach of etiquette or decorum
This word’s origin is a city in modern day Turkey called “Soli”, where the people there became known for their improper grammar and word usage of their native Greek language. The city was destroyed in the first century B.C. and rebuilt by Pompey the Great and renamed “Pompeiopolis”. The city no longer exists today, but there are other people in a city of a different name living in about the exact same spot. Fun fact: That wasn’t the only city called “Pompeiopolis” during the early centuries A.D.
We’ll all pray for your mother, Angie, both concerning her heart and the cost of the healthcare.
Wait, the unicorns are unionized?
After reading these four posts from Manalive, I have this strange suspicion that he was playing a board game with Dawn and wanted to articulate it in an extremely subtle fashion. (This would be an effort to contrast with Dawn’s style of simply blurting things out.)
You have big plans for imported steel, Josiah? Are you planning on establishing an out-of-country steel plant and selling steel to our citizens?
Here’s the thing:
Only the cool people wear blankets, but once those people wear those blankets, they aren’t cool anymore, even though they become even cooler by participating in the blanket group.
How about the “Ironically Cool Enthusiasts (I.C.E.)”?
Fair enough…
(which is an awful slogan for a judge that’s running for election)

Dawnkeschön, Ryan! Lyle the Kindly Viking is the musical of my childhood as well. It was fun to revisit it while attempting to write the parody. 😀
I’m hoping that there will be a need to revive this thread soon…
There is most likely to be a call on April 6, 2018.
Joshua has requested a re-visiting of the issue regarding his T.O.P.H.A.T. rank. Here is my analysis of the situation:
1. “Keeper of the Emoji Pillow” is now a questionable title because it has been revealed that Awkward Potato has the exact same pillow.
2. “Brusher of Teeth (B.O.T.)” is a questionable title because it has been revealed that other F.A.C.E.s brush their own teeth.
3. & 4. “Judge Joshua” & “Justice Joshua” are questionable because there are no basis for these titles at the moment other than alliteration.
5. “Director of Homeland Security” is more likely due to his “missile launcher” reference in the fancast.
6. “Director of Homeschool Security” is more likely due to his “missile launcher” reference in the fancast.
7. “Keeper of Nukes and Ukes” is more likely due to his “missle launcher” reference in the fancast.
8. “Provider of Ukes and Nukes (P.U.N.)” is a new suggestion based upon his “missle launcher” reference in the fancast.
As you can see, one specific mention in the fancast is my main basis for this title evaluation.
Other F.A.C.E.s are welcome to weigh in on this subject.
I thought you were setting me up for parodying “Happy” by Pharrell Williams, but I don’t think those lyrics need changing. They fit almost perfectly with the #NotEatTheColdFries episode as written. xD
You’re welcome to give it a try if you think otherwise, though…
