The world in question was Disney world, and when it closed down Mason and all the Kristens froze in position as they disconnected from real time and lost the will to live.
Brooke, mourning over the end of Disney World, threw herself into almost-isolation in East Asia, with only the company of Klimpaloon, the magical old-timey bathing suit that lives in the Himalayas.
Brooke is tired.
Brooke is hurt.
Butterflies destroyed Phineas and Ferb,
But she will learn
and learn too soon
that she should never have trusted Klimpaloon.
As it turned out, though, Mason misheard the information and thought DisneyLAND had closed down, and since he’d never been to Disney World he didn’t really care, so he felt life once again returning to his bones…
After everyone in the story so far took a small break and listened to episode 30 of the Aux Cable together, Mason realized that Ryan had blown his cover and had revealed that the reason Mason’s ping-pong skillz were so incredible and that he could grow wings (did that ever actually happen?… It happened in my mind… Oh well…) was because Mason was, in fact, a literal wizard…
