The farthest corner of Connecticut is only 284 hours away from Noblesville by foot. Which is only 11.8 days. No way you would round that to 13, so we can categorically and for all of time conclude that you do not live in Connecticut. By the same logic we can rule out the western half of Massachusetts, though it’s still possible that you’re living on the cape or in the Boston area. Rhode Island is just barely possible.
