I’m glad you enjoyed it, Manalive! However, I do not take credit for putting it together. I merely did my part to help the project, which was only made possible by the enthusiastic, authentic, and organic support of the numerous F.A.C.E.s who actively came up with and participated in the endeavor. Franklin played the largest role by serving as our editor, but the project’s success is equally due to those who talked about it here on the Not-Forum and made the effort to brainstorm, record, and submit portions for the episode. Definitely one of the coolest group projects that I’ve ever been a part of!

#thatmomentwhen I just finished the Bible study. The actual study didn’t start for 30 minutes just because everyone was trying to make sure their connection was working, but it was a really good examination of the Scriptures on the joy God gives us vs. happiness that other sources give us. Then we chatted for an extra hour or so afterward.

So one thing I learned is it is hard to get a live video chat started, but once it does start, it’s hard to end it because no one really wants to leave. 🙂 Just something to keep in mind if us F.A.C.E.s ever decided to to a video call of some sort: Budget way more time than you think you’ll need.
