#thatmomentwhen you realize that Rebekah’s church is so small, the entire youth group is her, her sister, her mother, her grandmother, and one friend of indeterminate age.

(Apologies for the “I could find” redundancies.)
I would like to turn the Book of Job into the biggest rap battle of all time someday, but that might be too ambitious of a project to complete in a week. I’m still thinking about it. The advantages of the story are an audio version wouldn’t require many sound effects, and the original story is mostly written in poetry anyway. The disadvantages are it’s a very long story with seven main characters (eight if you include a narrator and nine if you include Job’s wife, who only has one or two lines in the whole book). Aux Cable 037 only had eight voices in it, and one of those was Chris Howard. Then again, Explosive Yeast, Brooke, Superchris01, and others had ambitions of involvement but missed out due to lack of time. All things are possible with God, so if he blessed it, we could do it. The closest thing I could find to re-working Job into a rap battle I could find on the internet was a 2003 show called “Job: The Hip Hop Musical” which was a two man stage show that tried to set Job in modern America to mixed success.
I think an audio production of some sort would be fun to do again, but only if Franklin was on board for editing if need be and we all understood the project we were working on.
Perhaps we could do something like “Aux Cable: The Musical” only “Not-Forum: A Sample” by re-working some of the most iconic threads into entertaining comedic bits. I’d be up for an actual “Aux Cable: The Musical”, but music adds a new dimension of planning to the collaboration station game. Not that we couldn’t do it with God’s help…(sorry for all of the negatives in that sentence)
I’m throwing out ideas here, guys. Any of them spark other ideas in your minds? I’m sure there are all sorts of things we could do together to celebrate such an excellent year.
Hmm…
(I’m following your lead)
Not that many days away…what will we do to celebrate?
Happy Birthday to you, Ryan!

Should we change the name of this thread to “BROOKE-ING NEWS UPDATES”?
(MasΓΈn, I think if you really try,
This rhyme is one you can rectify:)
Roses are red
Violets are blue
Jeff is a legend
And MasΓΈn is too.
To all on the Not-Forum
It is easy to see
That a legend is one
Whose posts are quite witty
Each F.A.C.E. has a style
Unique from another
Which lets us all smile
At the posts of each other
Whether role plays or parodies
Quick quips or Haikus
Real life discussions
Or puns that amuse
The Not-Forum is a place
Where we all can agree:
Every single F.A.C.E.
Is indeed legen-dairy
(Get it? Got milk? Such a splendid set of puns.
To God be the glory, great things He has done.)
That’s right, MasΓΈn, and we even have a whole thread dedicated to posting your own content:
(Which of those words are we supposed to use for “Word Association?)
It was not only the style of my channel
But also the optimal way I could tell
The brilliant artist that in her description,
There lay a typo that could cause confrontation
From those picky enough to criticize her vid…
Now the error is fixed and her art won’t be hid.

(I just looked up the origins of Pie Day: Charlie Papazian, an American nuclear engineer, craft beer brewer, and author decided in the 1970s to declare his birthday “Pie Day”, and The American Pie Council has sponsored the holiday since 1986. (Wait…Bekah posted the date for Pi Day in 2015.)

Here’s a neat video from Inner Circle Member Cecelia Bedelia (comment inspiring, I dare say):

Brooke! We’ve missed you very much!
We’re so glad you’ve kept in touch
And persisted in attempting to return
To the Not-Forum. What have you learned
About being able to post to this website
That we may avoid that scary plight
Of not being able to publicly post
To our internet friends whom we like most?

Thanks for that breaking news, AP! Knowing that last time they only answered questions from Ryan and Matthew (Episode 020), I’m looking forward to them answering questions from F.A.C.E.s. π
We’ll keep that pastor’s family and congregation in our prayers. It’s never easy for a congregation to lose a pastor.
