You can like them for their music, and not give a care in the world about the depth of their lyrics or their issues or when Josh starts drumming harder while tyjo climbs.
Any fan, is a fan. There is no fake fan. There are just fans. And fans. People like different aspects of things, and if others can’t get over that fact, that’s their problem. Not yours. Say that you like them, you can be a fan and not be exactly like the majority of the fandom. I’m not in the majority. So join us

It’s OK to just casually listen to them. You don’t need to whisper scream to goner like the rest of us crazies.
Although list of their songs are “don’t kill yourself” (guns for hands, friend please…OK so most of them), they have fantastic music. A great beat. It’s perfectly OK to just listen to them and not sit there and let the lyrics and the words sink around you…I don’t always listen to it like that. I just…dance to it actually. I dance to guns for hands…
