Did I not make enough money for a plane ticket?
Why on earth would your cat be there?
Are we not assuming that everybody is there, regardless of how impractical it is for specific people to be there in reality?

How big was the biplane? How big is the house, for that matter? How is anyone still alive? Or are we?
Were we ever alive?
And if we were alive, were we truly living or just existing?
