I’m used to people being ticked off at me. But the only thing I’ve debated with you about (full on debated) was m***. And that is not as important to you as history.

Not everyone is as well versed as you are in the same topics you are. I can out talk you in taxes. If I do, it doesn’t mean I’m belittling you. Yes I can do it in a way that involves calling you rude names, but that is different. If you wanna argue/debate about taxes. It’s on like donkey kong. Frankly, I know more about it than you.

If someone wishes to debate with you about history. Stand your ground, state your peace, counter some points with fact and not opinion, and then move on. Don’t let it consume your life. It’s healthy to debate. It’s not healthy to fight (verbally or physically)

Find the best way to use your knowledge. Arguing with strangers on the Internet may not be the best way (mind you Kevin and what’s his face argue a lot)

What my momma would tell me is “remember who’s child you are”. You are representing your parents. Act like it. If you are, then continue. If you aren’t, then adjust and move on.
