    Thank you for clarifying.
The Internet probably sees it as…stuff that the book store people always direct me to, but I am NOT interested in at all.
Ed and lorraine are catholic I think, but they don’t go about things with tarots or anything.

    Thank you, Bekah.

Stuff like this doesn’t phase me anymore. I mean, I have a fear of lawnmowers because of a fictional horror movie (it was just gore, no paranormal anything)…but that’s one I watched as a kid….and haven’t watched since. I am very very aware of my limits. Yesterday my brother and I watched 3 horror movies. 2 the day before that. My brother, mom, and I are not phased. Horror movies terrify my dad and sister, so we are respectful and don’t watch it around them (unless they are willing to watch one for some reason or another).

I appreciate your concern, and I respect what you believe on the subject.

I waste my time reading these because it interests me. They are not all I read.
I’m currently reading It by Stephen King. I love Harry Potter. I do not idolize or glorify these things. These are secular books. It has a ton of murders and so much cussing (like…so much it’s insane) and it’s about a borderline demonic clown. Do I recommend others read it? No. I wouldn’t. Not everyone has…the mindset to read it.
I watch NCIS, Criminal minds, (I wanna watch supernatural, but until I move out, I’m not allowed because it’s highly inappropriate at times)…I see nothing wrong with this. If you do, that’s ok. But I am not a super conservative Christian. I have tattoos and piercings and love horror movies and have a gallon of fake blood in my closet for SFX makeup. I don’t think drinking alcohol is wrong (as long as it’s in moderation), in fact, I’ve tried a few sips (in my state it’s legal to. I can explain if you like. It tastes like feet.)
What you say, won’t change my mind. I’ve heard it all before. But please state your peace, as I have stated mine. (Though, I may add onto mine depending on what you say)

My SGK shirt hasn’t come yet. Any day now. I did get a happy thanksgiving card from them.

And the demonologists that I read do not glorify demons. They are accurate descriptions of cases these demonologists have worked. They are sent out by a church (well not anymore, one is passed away and the other is too old to continue working).

I own Bibles. I prefer yall not judge/hate on me for enjoying reading these. I believe demons are real.

If you wish to state your peace, do so. But, these are the same demonologists that did the cases that inspired almost all the “based on a true story” horror movies. Also, I may have been named after one of them.
    Ed and Lorraine Warren.

I don’t mess with spirit boards or anything else. They are NOT ok. That is not ok. Don’t do that…ever. please. I don’t try to talk to the dead or anything like that.

Dude…I was slightly bummed that they weren’t serious about Kristen’s questions.

I had a few things on my list. For my sister to get me: books by demonologists. For my mom to get me: a year subscription to photoshop.

That’s it. My whole family was upset, but they figured something out. I am almost done with my shopping. Just gotta get 3ish gift cards (so my brother can buy a game on the switch, and my parents can have date nights…I couldn’t think of anything else).

I bought Ken canned unicorn and http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/jhil/

He doesn’t know what website I’m always on, just that I call it “the forum” so he will never see this. Mwahahahahaha

    Doctor who doesn’t phase me.
    I don’t like sci-if thriller/horror.

And mason, please tell me you haven’t seen the shining…

I crack jokes and nitpick horror films while I watch them, so most people that don’t like horror films feel comfortable.

I have an insanely strong imagination, but I’ve been watching horror movies since I was 4 years old (there’s a story behind that. My mom isn’t a terrible parent).

I also love SFX makeup and so I judge blood splatter and whatnot. I also research ones “based on a true story” so I can judge those too.

Insidious 1- really lame and cheesy. My brother makes fun of it
Insidious 2- slightly less cheesy. Answers questions from the first one. My brother makes fun of it
Insidious 3- stepped up their game. My brother (he’s 12) is not wanting me to get up and get water.
Insidious 4- comes out in a month. Should be amazing. I will force my brother to go see it.

Kristen is done rambling about horror movies

#thatmomentwhen your brother suggests watching a horror movie that was directed by your favorite director

A year ago horror movies terrified him and he considered jurassic park to be a scary movie. Now we are watching Insidious 3 and just chilling

I think… (from outside perspective), that yall should find a day that works for most people.
If carrot and mason can join, great, if not, that’s ok. You guys can do another skype call on a different day that works for mason and carrot.

I don’t have to get ready for dates. I go out in borderline pjs. (Today I actually wore jeans though)
I don’t dress up for anyone…especially not Ken.

I like how we trust the person we know the least about with our email accounts. (Well, not me. Yet another reason I am not participating…though it’s mostly cuz I have a ton of stuff to get done that should’ve been done…months ago)

That wasn’t intended to offend you, Franklin.
