How would you pronounce brokee? (I’m not being sarcastic, I really want to know!)
Broke-ee
Bro-kay
One of my friends called me that when I was really little!!! Aw, that made my day!
I’m referring to Brokee, not Brokay
Aww! Really? That’s so cool!
Yeah!! (To be honest, I HATED it when I was little, but when she stopped calling me that, I immediately missed it. I love it.)
Aww! I used to be called Krissy, I hated it…and still do.
A couple people called me Jos when I was like seven… I would appreciate it if you don’t do so, though.
Ok, carrot
Would you be fine with us calling you Carrot? I almost never call people by nicknames, but technically, it’s the name you go by on here…
You mean in real life?
When I meet you, carrot, I will call you carrot. I will probably call potato, “potato” as well
Yep.
And so do I
Perhaps I am done… perhaps I am not…
I finally took time to read all of the writing on this thread. Part of me wants to hear the end of Kristen’s story, part of me doesn’t, since I’m not sure how she’ll wrap it up. I certainly hope that Brooke won the scholarship for her amazing poem! (The only reason she wouldn’t have won is that it wasn’t actually about distracted driving, but impaired driving. Nevertheless, it’s a must-read.)
milk
It’s spoiled.
