(I hope that this wasn’t a question I was supposed to wait for the podcast to answer.)
(Haha I don’t believe so)
On a side note, I’m working on my script and will attempt to have it recorded by the end of the evening.
Cool! I’m off to film a hockey game, so I’m unlikely to get my part recorded tonight.
Alrighty. Is there a date that we want to have this done by, or just in time to be released by Christmas?
I will be traveling with my family to see family for Christmas, and I’m sure that I’m not the only one, so I’m not certain how that’ll turn out.
Okeydokey. When would you like to have files by?
I will gladly answer What the best thing was before sliced bread (Now I need to figure out how long sliced bread has been a thing.)
(According to the beginning of research: 1928)
My audio has been recorded, and the most significant bumbles have been rough edited out.
Nice. Were there other segments we wanted to do?
I think we should. I’m not sure what, though…
It would be nice if we did Word Association: LIVE.
Yeah, that would be fun. Is Skype the most universally possessed program/best way to do that?
I have, I don’t know about anyone else. As for whether it’s the best way, I am not sure.
Alrighty. I do not have an account at the moment, but one could potentially be obtained. There is also a program called https://appear.in/, that might potentially work if we make an Auxiclan room. I have never used the program myself, but I believe it is often used by the PDC.
It says the maximum number of people is four, and I’m not sure who wants to be involved, so it might not be enough. If Skype won’t do, there be a way to get https://appear.in/ to work.
Oh, I hadn’t noticed that. Yeah, that might be an issue.
We could try having several rooms going at once, and they’ll overlap.
Hmm… that could work…
If it doesn’t bog down the connection, or if the site doesn’t prevent that itself that is.
Yeah, that could be a problem.
Excellent. You shall hear from me shortly.
I tried to send it .wav, but the file is too large; will MP3 be problematic?
I think I can handle it.
If it’s still to large, then maybe you can try splitting it up somewhere.
Thank you, Jeff. Although, with informal, formal, and Canadian readers, I don’t think that me writing formally is the best idea. I don’t know all the rules and whatnot, but, in my experiences, most people who type formally, understand that not everyone does and will hold their tongue in certain circumstances…and as long as I’m not too informal, everyone should be able to follow along.
I can’t wait to hear the episode, yall!
