Please don’t think I’m trying to sound better than y’all or anything for trying not to ship people. I’m not at all. There’s nothing wrong with it if it’s kept in moderation, which I trust y’all would definitely have. I just don’t want to risk it for myself.

My brother is too young for girls, and I’m too young for guys. I’m finally making myself get used to having friends who are guys (or having friends in general), and some of them hug me (side-hugs). I don’t really like physical touch, especially from guys, even if it’s completely platonic, but I’m trying to push past that. Still, I’m incredibly awkward, so I hope they can take the hint. They really are genuinely trying to be nice, and I appreciate that, but *screams internally*

I grew up having only guy friends. And I have no problem hugging guys, unless they are creepy.
I am old enough to get married, so technically I’m old enough for guys…but am I mentally or emotionally old enough, that’s the question.
I try hard not to ship people irl. But it’s mainly kinda like a joke.

See, I’m opposite. I’m a tomboy. So I always always hung out with guys. I was considered “one of the bros”. If the guys started talking about a girl, one of the new guys would be like “ummm…there’s a girl right there” and the guys would say “no, she’s one of the bros”
Which means I haven’t ever had a guy like me (only 1 has). (I’ve only liked 1 guy…and that….went downhill fast)
