There are a ton of medical reasons why we shouldn’t drink milk, but even before all that (don’t Google it unless you wanna be grossed out), I just don’t like the flavor and the thickness…I can drink it if it’s chocolate flavored. But…I try not to, because I can’t stand it. Oh, and the smell of it…blah.
Now, I love cheese, ice cream, and things with milk in it. We use it in our cooking and baking often. I just don’t put milk on my cereal and go for milk substitutes for drinking (coconut milk, dark chocolate almond milk)
