I think it’s legal. Why not? Pirates are cool!!
Hmm… maybe because music is copyrighted?
YAR HAR, FIDDLE DI DEE, BEING A PIRATE IS ALRIGHT WITH ME! DO WHAT YOU WANT ‘CAUSE A PIRATE LIVES FREE. YOU ARE A PIRATE!
(I do not actually endorse piracy. I agree with Carrot.)
(However, I am watching Pirates of the Carribean for the first time and I like it a lot.)
I have always been tempted to tell someone in a serious conversation, that they should do what they want. Because a pirate… a pirate is free. And you are a pirate.
That’s alright with me.
On the actual topic of this thread, I’m lovin’ that I got a new keyboard that was set up fairly easily and played without technical difficulty in front of the entire student body today. Unlike before. (My friend, however, did not have the same ease.)
(No, his name is not “however.”)
However would be a cool first name. We could call him How or Howy.
Or call him General Howe and then string up the redcoat.
Oh goodness, I don’t want to have to explain to him that my underwater basket weaving cult has nicknamed him. I talk about y’all to my irl friends. They are concerned.
That got violent.
They should be concerned. We are very concerning.
We are indeed.
My family is very concerned about me…but that’s not new
Oh bother, which one was Howe? It’s been a couple years since I studied the American Revolution… was he the main chap at the beginning? At Breed’s Hill, perhaps?
I love how you start sounding British, (and just a bit like Winnie the Pooh) when you start talking about the Revolutionary War.
I didn’t even think about that. 😀 I was kind of obsessed with learning about that war a few years back…
I’m lovin’ playing guitar more. I mean piano is great and but guitar, is amazing.
Guitar intimidates me, mostly because I can’t read chord sheets.
Chords sheets are probably what I’m best at. So guitar hasn’t been too hard.
Yeah… I can really only do sheet music.
Our piano teacher wanted to make sure we could play in worship bands and things in the future (or the present in Yeast’s case) so she taught us a lot about chord sheets. It’s really helpful since most songs have chord sheets online, and it sort of teaches you how music is structured which gets to be very useful when you’re improvising or writing your own.
What’s your favorite song to play, Carrot?
Lost Woods theme from Ocarina of Time.
I never finished ocarina of Time because the place we downloaded it from gave us a virus or 7
Oh, you played a PC version?
Yeah. I’ve never owned a Nintendo device in my life. It’s sad.
Yep we got to the Fire Temple before everything fell apart.
Ah yes. That was a pretty good dungeon. Did you get as far as the Flare Dancer?
I’d like to have more Nintendo systems myself, but I don’t…
