I have a song on my iPod that has “what the h-ck” on it.
Jon Bellion can occasionally use the f and s word but his music is really deep and beautiful. And then generally less bad swear words are in other music I listen to.
Hm.
Whoa carrot. A little to edgy for me.
Oh, that ain’t too bad. I listen to one G-Eazy song…and even the clean version is…harsh.
I like the song “hope it gives you h***”
Unfortunately Jon Bellions song woke the f*** up is really catchy. Yeah.
I’ll have to listen to it….with headphones.
I messaged you, and my phone says it sent, but not received on your end, and this is one of the main reasons I hate fb
All of Jon Bellions music is really good. I have a playlists called “JON BELLION MIXTAPE” that has my favorite songs of his so if you want a place to start. He’s very TØPish.
I’ll listen to it now!
You naughty children.
Please.
Whoa. My parents are perfectly ok with me listening to music with swearing as long as the music isn’t just stupid. Which there’s a lot of out there.
Like if it’s a song that has no swearing but is just talking about butts I wouldn’t want to listen to it and they wouldn’t want me listening to it. Cause it’s stupid.
My parents cuss on occasion. I just don’t listen to cuss-y music around my brother. Because it’s different coming from society and such…
*gets tempted to sing a song about big butts*
I don’t like music with swearing. I always feel vaguely guilty when I listen to the song with “h-ck” in it.
NOOOOOOOOOOO.
I draw the line at “h*ck”
I know, right? There’s just no excusing how vulgar it is.
Also I don’t like when people swear just cause it makes them cool. Or just because it’s their vocabulary. Usually in songs I listen to it’s to empathize how strongly the singer feels an emotion.
I listen to country. Which lately has been only been about girls and they use the d word, s word, etc a lot. Not really f word.
…but it doesn’t make them cool…
Or the people who use it as basically every other word and it makes their sentences make no sense!!
You say “d word” as in “dr-nk,” right?
…more like a beaver’s home
Obviously.
#thatmomentwhen You people generated three pages on this thread is less than two hours, and now I have to read through all of it.
Just read through all of it. Carrot, where were you earlier today when I was discussing with an unusually verbose ten year old whether or not light is alive. I said no. He said yes. The discussion lasted several hours, and it left me feeling physically exhausted from mental strain. (Though it probably didn’t help that I missed breakfast, and all the food provided for lunch was vegetarian).
Here’s an excerpt from Wikipedia:
The ponds created by well-maintained dams help isolate the beavers’ homes, which are called lodges.
I don’t like it when people use crass words like beaver-lodge flippantly. (It’s also the name of a very small town in western Alberta, can you believe someone would name their town that! The things you learn on Wikipedia).
The only thing listed under attractions for the town in Alberta – that I will not say the name of for obvious reasons- is a giant statue of a beaver. It was built in 2004 and is visible from the highway. (Wait a second, they have one attraction and you don’t even have to stop driving to see it? Now I know why tourism there is the way it is. Hide your statues people!)
