Angie, you taste in country music is amazing!! Your country lovin pkaylist has like…all of my favorite country songs…
Also, angie and brooke, (the guys too I guess), I need movie suggestions. For movies like maid in Manhattan, the proposal, while you were sleeping, the wedding planner, sweet home Alabama, etc.
I’m not going to be very helpful since I have no idea what any of those movies are. I mean I’ve heard of a couple of them, but don’t really know anything other than names.
Hey, the films made in Hollywood are okay. But my taste in movies is your face. And Christopher Nolan. I love Christopher Nolan.
Ah. TØP reference. Thank you, Google.
I like Pixar… I wasn’t been impressed with the last two, though.
Just for the record. I do not recommend the proposal to anyone under 18.
Those over 18 though, son in law is a FANTASTIC movie. Very hilarious!!! Love pauly shore!! (I watched it as a young teen, but I can’t endorse it to teenagers, because I don’t wanna be in trouble with their parents)
I’m commenting so this will go to the top and hopefully someone will give me movie suggestions.
Haha I watch a lot of Disney and other kids movies and shows, so I don’t know if I’d be too much help here… The Princess Bride is always great!!
Looovveee that movie!!! I watch a ton of Disney and “kid” movies as well.
My mom actually chose Insidious 1 and probably 2 for tonight. So that’s cool, I somehow never saw this
Let me take this moment to reiterate my terror of A Muppets Christmas Carol…
I gotta admit… I was not expecting Doctor Strange to be that good.
Colton dixon’s new album released yesterday. I’ve heard some of the songs and they are fantastic!!
I think I heard one of the songs on Air1…
I love him, man! Since his first audition on American idol
All that Matters? The bridge guitar part could’ve been significantly more interesting.
Yes, all that matters is one if his songs.
This album isn’t as heavy on the music as his past 2. (Which I also own)
Plus, this album seems to have…gotten more techno-y
Intriguing.
I just listened to most of Colton Dixons songs on his new album and they are beautiful! 🙂
I finally got to see Beauty and the Beast today. The original animated one is my favorite movie, so I was very happy. I went home and promptly changed into my Belle costume that I have sitting in my closet like any normal person would. I really loved the movie and the music, but that much autotune hurts me.
Best movie ever has to be Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
If you’re looking for a RomCom of some sort, I can recommend Kate and Leopold or the Decoy Bride. They’re remarkably intelligent and hilarious. The first one has Wolverine and the second one has the 10th Doctor.
All that to be said, as my name would imply, I am a dude.
I could write a thesis on how Pixar has lost it’s way. (Disney Animation pretty much became Pixar after they stole John Lasseter).
I almost did write that thesis and post it as a comment to this thread.
Brooke, yeah…the autotone was highly noticeable…buuttt GASTON!!! THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!! (I have loved him since I was a child. And the only time I can flirt and not be a complete fool about it is when I’m at disney…talking to gaston)
Manalive, one of my friends loves romcoms and he’s a dude with guns and such. I haven’t gotten a chance to watch the decoy bride yet, but Olivia loves it! Leap Year is very good if you haven’t seen it. And so it She’s The Man…it’s funny!! But I may only like that movie because of channing tatum.
I love pixar, but Disney needs to stop with the live action remakes. It’s starting to get on my nerves. They are like “MULAN LIVE ACTION” and they won’t do it how I think they should. There will be no singing in it. But I think that Eddie Murphy should still play mushu and should be in the lamest dragon costume possible and insist that he’s a dragon.
Pixar theories are always insane. But I’m a girl (woman…lady…thing) that has Disney running through my blood. So I’m biased on the subject
If Cars 3 and Coco are terrible, then I would agree with you, Manalive. The Good Dinosaur was frankly terrible, and I wasn’t that impressed with Finding Dory, either. However, I’m still willing to give Pixar a chance.
Manalive smith!!! You mention the secret life of Walter mitty and now space oddity is stuck in my head!!
Ok, who knows music really well? Particularly older music.
Space oddity got this other song in my head, but I can’t remember the song, lyrics or anything and I’m dying.
I don’t remember very much. Just that…it’s from the 60s, 70s, or 80s. It’s about space something and they say something about food I think…idk I remember olivias brother making fun of one lyric. It goes fast, like rap but it isn’t rap. It might have something to do with the sun or moon or something.
It might be about an apocalyptic world…I don’t know
I’m not being helpful and not making sense. But if you know any song that could be the song, list it!!
It is secular. It’s from the 60s, 70s, 80s, or possibly 90s. It’s pop/rock
