Cancer: I agree. Milk doesn’t CAUSE cancer. And if you aren’t at risk for those forms of cancer (ones that thrive on hormones), drink milk all you want. But most people don’t know if they are at risk for those forms of cancer.
Hormones: we also thought that blood letting was good. I’m not too trusting of what people did in the past.
Bone strength: yall know my relationship with veggies, so this is hard to say. But if you wanna strengthen your bones, eat some leafy greens or…idk carrots? I would prefer that over milk. Veggies would probably be better.
