There’s a huge difference between not liking or being allergic to something and that something being unhealthy. I’m allergic to nuts. I don’t eat nuts. Are nuts unhealthy? Not in the least. Nuts are an excellent source of protein for people that have other allergies. Also, eat cookies in moderation? Weren’t you scoffing two days ago at a “meager” amount of Oreos that I ate (10) and saying that you could easily down a whole package? Also, if the cons weigh out the pros, could you please list the cons that can be backed up with SOLID evidence?
